The Jay Uiberall Foundation’s work has come to a close.

A Message from The Board

Dear Friends of the Jay Uiberall Foundation,

As we officially conclude the work of the Jay Uiberall Foundation, we want to share how much these past 15 years have meant to all of us. What began as a simple way to honor Jay’s life and legacy grew into something far greater than we ever imagined. Thanks to each of you, we have made a real and lasting difference in Memphis.

Because of your generosity, emerging nonprofits found the support they needed to grow, and countless young people were given new opportunities to learn, lead, and thrive. Every dollar you donated helped strengthen our community and continue Jay’s legacy.

And we had a lot of fun along the way, especially through our 15 Play for Jay golf tournaments, filled with laughter, friendship, and good memories (even though, as we always said, Jay himself wasn’t much of a golfer).

As of December 31st, the Jay Uiberall Foundation has closed. While it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, we feel deep gratitude and pride in what we’ve accomplished together.

We hope you’ll continue the work by supporting the organizations we’ve partnered with over the years, because that’s what this has always been about: making an impact in our city in Jay’s memory.

With deepest gratitude,

Andie & Michael Uiberall
