Serving Memphis

Serving Memphis was established in memory of three great local restaurateurs and humanitarians, Thomas Boggs of Huey’s, John Robertson and Jay Uiberall of Alfred’s, Automatic Slim’s, Catering for U, Dyer’s on Beale, and Ubee’s.

Serving Memphis is dedicated to facilitating connections between restaurant/hospitality workers and needed services and programs. We identify specific needs, such as health, finance, and education services, and partner with existing organizations to provide services which may otherwise be unavailable to those in the service industry. As a non-profit organization, Serving Memphis makes these connections, fosters individual and program growth and provides financial support where needed in hopes of bettering our industry and community.
